Why is pricing based on transactions and sales?
Transaction volume is the clearest workload indicator, while turnover, bank accounts, inventory, payroll and business complexity affect the level of review and reporting needed.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly customers pay the normal monthly rate. The 10%–30% discount applies only to annual payment in advance.
Why does Premium receive the largest discount?
Annual prepayment improves onboarding and cash-flow certainty. Premium also creates a longer-term relationship involving website, CRM and finance workflow setup.
Does WeCount replace an auditor or tax agent?
No. WeCount provides managed bookkeeping, document processing, reconciliation, management reporting, website and CRM services. Regulated services are handled by appropriately authorised professionals where required.
Can the price increase?
The plan can be upgraded or an overage quoted if actual volume, complexity or included services exceed the agreed package limits.
